Dr. Charles Habekost, DDS

Charles F. Habekost, DDS

Dr. Habekost is dedicated to excellence in all phases of Dental Implant Reconstruction. Dr. Habekost long ago realized that simply placing a Dental Implant to exacting standards was only part of a process to give patients what they want-a functional, great looking set of teeth! What has been lacking in the field of Dental Implants has been the team approach. By carefully selecting masterful restorative dentists, highly experienced dental technicians and a knowledgeable and caring staff, our number one priority is to exceed patient expectations!

Dr. Habekost enjoys research, and is in the process of developing a novel method of growing bone in localized areas without the need for surgical exposure in the regrowth of bone that has been lost due to periodontal disease.

Dr. Habekost has always liked to teach, and has in the last several years taught courses to other periodontists, general dentists and dental auxiliaries. As a Registered Provider of Continuing Education Credits, he prefers small group settings with a “hands-on” approach, with various subjects from Aesthetic Gingival Grafting to Xenografts for Ridge Preservation.

An amateur astronomer, Dr. Habekost has a small observatory at his mountain cabin. His main interest is Near Earth Asteroids. A seasoned pilot, Dr. Habekost enjoys flying, and also likes to go fishing at every opportunity.

Dr. Habekost considers his staff family (most are!), and likes to socialize with them. Whenever possible, staff travel with and attend meetings and courses with Dr. Habekost; a great mix of fun and education!

A wry sense of humor is a notable feature of Dr. Habekost; he really enjoys his practice of periodontics and dental implants, and tries to convey this to his patients with humor and enthusiasm.

Dr. Habekost is married to Kim (also his RDA), has 5 children, and 5 grandchildren that keep him both young and busy. Truly a blessing!
